The staff at the hotel was kind and absolutely perfect. I was upgraded to a beautiful double room with a great view. - the hotel is in a fabulous location, very close to Finisterre, the Cathedral, shops, Fisterra. - I had a fabulous stay during my one night here.

location: the hotel was just next door to the cathedral where the noise level is much louder and major sites. the room was well-appointed with great view, i was happy about that. i liked those guys, providing nice service.

Only 5 minutes walk to the main square

Bad breakfast, coffee is like water, the location was very close to the cathedral but directly at the street, therefore it was very noisy at night! In addition, a very aggressive cleaning agent is used, whose stench is really intense in the whole hotel.

Enjoyed a restful night in the twin room with a spacious terrace and stunning views. It was an all-around great experience! 😊

We had a WONDERFUL stay in this beautiful small hotel. Very very helpful staff that liked their guests. - An air conditioning, an electronic key card, and a work desk in our guest room were useful during stay. - It was neat and the bed was very clean. - the location was magnificent and absolutely perfect, in Saint Jean Pied de Port, convenient to go everywhere.

The locations was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to be friendly and helpful.

Due to the changing season, the cooling system was not yet turned on, and we had to sleep with our windows open, which cooled the room nicely, but made it a bit noisy.

Staff were helpful on what to see and where to go. Staff were helpful when we wanted to print out new travel arrangements due to the Volcanic ash crisis. Hotel was in a great location not quite in the centre but a nice walk to all the sights. Room was nicely furnished.

The room was seemed slightly damp as it was in the basement. When you see air freshner plugged in - it is a bad sign. The heating system was noisy as it was based on air conditioning. The internet connection was very slow and it was vital to use it due to volcanic ash disruption.
